Abstract

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to highlight the importance of safety impact assessment and management being practiced at site, also to identify the current practice at site either satisfactory or require further enhancement. Furthermore, the best practices at site will be recommended for better improvement of health and safety for all parties involved. Most people stress on safety only at the very beginning stage of safety program. Accidents at sites have always been highlighted because safety management is not implemented systematically. The study methodologies begin with the selection of topic, then related literatures review are searched. Datas are gathered by observations, informal interviews, journals and thesis. Based on observations during site visit, the author can observe the safety assessment and management practiced at site are still low.
