Abstract

Multi-dimensional critical success factors (CSF)
to successful construction infrastructure projects, would be of
considerable practical value to construction industry as
construction organizations appraise their projects and take
investment decisions. This study to provide a classification
system that can facilitate identification of risks associated with
CSF and formulation of mitigation, development strategies and
appropriate management control measures for project
implementation. From the discussion of the literature review,
30 factors will be future analyzed for critical successful
completion and sustainable of construction project. Interviews
will be carried out at project site to gather detail explanation
from the project team for each factor to determine the most
critical that must taken into consideration by all parties to
ensure that all projects are successfully completion .
