Abstract

Human beings, naturally, love to do super things or to be super heroes at doing some things and show people their abilities, and because some of them are irresponsible people, driving at high speed might be an example of a combination result of acting as super drivers and having fun irresponsibly.
In this paper, a solution system & its application layer protocol are suggested. By applying this system on highways, we will save lives of the victims and/or the irresponsible people or at least reduce the total amount of car accidents happening every day.[7]
Though, this system’s expected cost is high, saving one life is more worthy. Furthermore, we can get the benefit of the fixed infrastructure on the road in stolen & suspects cars tracking & stop them wherever they were. Similarly, police can get the benefit of this system when chasing suspected cars.
